Love will keep us Together

Hello to our Together friends and family,

We miss you deeply and our desire to be back in a field with you is palpable... which makes sending this message so hard. Sadly, we've decided that we have to postpone Together 2021 until 29th – 31st July 2022.

Whilst bigger festivals are saying they will be able to go ahead, the current situation still holds too many risks for us.

News of further surges, and the number people asking if they could get a refund nearer the time if they don't feel comfortable attending, makes us nervous.

Of course, we want you, our volunteers and performers to feel comfortable and safe. And we’d love to reassure you that a refund would be possible nearer the time, but that would leave us in the impossible position of having to refund tickets and still having to pay suppliers.

If we plan to go ahead and then can't meet the stipulations for events at that point on the covid road map, we not only risk losing £’s but also, we wouldn’t be making the most of the huge efforts and goodwill that you all contribute to help us make it happen.

It could impact on our ability to hold more Together parties in the future (and we want to come back with a bang when we are finally re-united in 2022!).

Obviously, we are completely gutted and feel devastated about having to disappoint you but we know this is the right thing to do to guarantee we can continue the party in 2022.

See the question and answer section below for information about tickets.

Keep the weekend of 31st July – 2nd August 2021

Our plan is to have another virtual house party with our friends at Purple Radio - which promises to be extra big and bouncy as they will also be celebrating 15 years of them being on air!

Last but by no means least, a huge thank you for your continued support. Together is first and foremost a way for us to raise funds for the life changing work that Florence and her team of inspiring local women lead in Kampala, Uganda.

See how your support is helping vulnerable children, esspecially girls, recover from the impact of Covid lockdown here.

Stay safe.

Love and peace

Emma, Steve and everyone at Together
